Our Returns Policy  

Cancelling a contract under the consumer contracts regulations
You have 14 calendar days to return your order because you have changed your mind.
This two week cancellation period starts from the day you receive your order (or from the day you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form  where you will request your return/cancellation.

Please do not return to the forwarding address on your parcel, all returns must go to our return sorting office. Unfortunately any returns not made to our returns sorting office cannot be refunded. All details of returning can be found after filling out our return request form, here. 

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, we reserve the right to refuse returns sent to us over the period time. In the event of return refusal the items may be sent back to you at your cost.

Can I return my item?

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns can only be offered within 14 days of receipt of delivery.  If 14 days have gone by since receipt of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of return approval, if items are received more than 14 days after return approval, order will be re-delivered to you.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear - Swimwear can only be returned if hygiene strip is still in place.
  • Items that have been worn
  • Sale items

Where do I return to?

After you complete a return request we will provide you with shipping return details.

Are there any charges for a return?

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. This is due to the costs associated with processing an order, as we provide all customers with free shipping at our own cost, and also the products being returned are unsellable.

Faulty goods

If you receive faulty goods, you have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. You must let us know within 7 days of receiving to let us know of any faults. However you have 14 days to return the merchandise.  We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.  If item has been worn, then under no circumstances will a refund be given.


What happens after we receive your return?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, check your bank account/credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is processed through your bank.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.


Can Sale items be refunded?

  • Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Can I exchange my items?

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  However if you request to exchange an item if it is the incorrect size or doesn't fit, we can offer a refund when we receive it.  You can then place a new order for the correct size. Please contact us here  if you have any questions and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
  • When you have returned the item, and we have inspected it, we will refund you accordingly.


How do I return?

  • You can request a return by completing a Return Request Form here.  Details of return shipping address will be provided once completed and approved.

Lost Packages Refund

  • If your items are lost in transit when you return it to us, we require 60 days from purchase window prior to issuing a refund.
